一.Magnesium Oxide Board Production Line Composition structure :

Automatic liquid measurement sysytem

Advantage：
1. Single pot supply brine by single pot, easy for operation and precise meansurement.
2. System motor adopts Buoroplastics centrifugal pump, compare with other submerged pump, it can pumping the liquid under the pump, Buoroplastics is anti-corrosion, anti-aging and High mechanical strength, easy for maintenance and high safety.
3. Measurement part adopts precise measurement sensor and match with main motor electrical control angle valve and micrometering valve can supply brine automatically by the control system, no need workers to operate, it ensure the meansurement precision and improve the efPciency.
4. Supply of brine is showing in the screen, it also can be adjusted and set the amount.

二.Material mixer:medium material mixer，bottom material mixer and sanding material mixer.

Characteristic：

1. The whole machine adopts forcing type, double horizontal shaft for mixing, it mixing evenly and high effciency.
2. The berrel is U type and has a lid, it's easy for cleaning, no leaking problem.
3. The material of berrel is stainless steel, the gap is small between the feed cylinder and paddles. The materail of corners also can mixed well, because it designed by multiple scraping.
4. It adopts electrical rolling-over for unloading, the structure compact, running stable and unloading position precise compare with traditional driving manner.
5. The end of shaft adopts multiple sealing and automatic lubrication system, it can avoid leaking if the main shaft abrasion.
